1. How long does it normally take to build and host a web site?
The timescale of project is generally dictated by the client. The most common delay in the creation of a website is waiting for basic contents (text / images) to be sent to us by the client. If everything goes right and smooth, it will take about 10 working days or less to complete.
2. How much will it cost?

The website design fee is just a one time costs. There are no hidden costs incurred. We will discuss with you about your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have confirmed and placed an order for your website design with us, that price is adhered to the sales contract.
The only ongoing cost will be your website’s domain fee and hosting fee renewal.
3. Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
Yes, a 50% deposit upfront will be collected when you confirmed and signed the sales contract. The balance of the payment is then due on completion of the project.
4. Can you buy/transfer a domain for us?
Yes, we will both buy your domains for you and register them to you or your company; or we will transfer your existing domain to our server and, again, the ownership is registered to you and the domain is just handled by our server.
5. Can I transfer my domain to another provider?
Yes, of course you can. We do not ever wish to lose a client so we would like to know if there is anything we can do to keep your business. But you own your domain and website, thus you can move hosts anytime. We do not have an automated process for domain transfers so you will need to drop us an email asking us to move the domain, at which point we will send you the appropriate instructions based on your domain type, for verification with the authority.
6. Can I update my website content?
If the website we have designed for you includes an iCMS (a.k.a Internet Content Management System), then you can access your administration areas from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and make updates instantly as frequently as you wish. Most importantly, you do not need to have any programming knowledge to use the system.
If your website is a kind of static website, which was designed without iCMS, and you do not have any programming knowledge (e.g. HTML, Dreamweaver), then we can update the website for you. Our charges are very reasonable.
7. What is an Internet Content Manager System?
An Internet Content Manager System (a.k.a iCMS) is a set of web pages that interact with a database to allow you to easily change the content of a web page over the internet. iCMS operate similarly to Microsoft Word document, adding or editing text and images is simple and hassle free, you just need to ‘click’ the button accordingly. The only requirement to use the iCMS is a computer equipped with internet connection.
8. Is there any training provided with the iCMS?
The iCMS is really very easy to use and do have explanatory notes included where necessary. When we build an iCMS for your website; we first analyze your requirements, your business model and marketing strategy, then only we advise you with an appropriate iCMS features solutions for your website. We will run through the administration dashboard screens with you when your website is completely developed. However, if at any time you have any questions, we are available to run through the procedures or answer any enquiries you may have through email, telephone or through Bizlink Helpdesk.
